Executive Director Wayne Coombs, Ph.D. oversees more than forty full-time
employees. Staff include specialists in the areas of planning, evaluation, administration,
and communication/information technology. Staff also include 16 Community Development
Specialists who are specially trained to provide technical assistance at the
local level.
